Where and when will Company Week take place?

Company Week will be held from November 27-29 at our Campus in Las Rozas, Madrid.

Is there any cost to attend Company Week?

There is no cost to participate in our Company Week, participation is free of charge. U-tad takes care of the stand and catering. If you want to have a prominent visibility in the event, we encourage you to be one of our sponsors.

 

Benefits as a sponsor

 

  • Presentation of the company prior to the exhibition of the projects of the sponsored area.
  • Appearance in a preferential place in the photocall.
  • Being the only sponsor per teaching area of U-tad.
  • Possibility of appearing in the name of the event (Company Week in collaboration with…)
  • Corporate video of no more than 30 seconds in the presentation of projects of the students of your area.
  • Prominent presence in all communications generated by U-tad around the Company Week in social networks, blog, e-mails to databases.

Who can participate in Company Week?

In the Discovery section, where student projects are shown, all professionals can attend. In the Connect and Recruit section, companies from any sector that are looking for U-tad profiles can participate.

What activities will take place during Company Week?
  • Discovery: Presentation of our students’ projects.
  • Connect: Business fair and networking.
  • Recruit: Interviews with pre-selected candidates.
Can I attend only one activity of the event?

Yes, you can attend one or more activities. We recommend that you participate in the entire day to get a comprehensive view of U-tad talent and discover how it fits your needs.

Are there options for vegans or people with dietary restrictions in the welcome cocktail?

Yes, dishes for different needs will be served. We will send you a form when you register for the cocktail where you can specify your dietary needs.

What is the fair stand like and how many people can attend per company?

The base booth includes a table with two seats for recruiters, two seats for students, electrical connection and wifi. If you need more space, we can expand to four seats. In addition, it has a back panel with your logo and the image of the fair.

Where and when to send the promotional material for the stand?

You can send your merchandising or additional items such as a roll up before November 26th to U-tad Company Week C/ Rozabella 2, 28290 Las Rozas, clearly indicating your company name on the package. You can also bring it on the day of the event first thing in the morning.

How can I inform about available vacancies?

Send your vacancies before the event so that they can be published in the Career Center, together with your company profile. Your vacancies will be open exclusively to students trained in the corresponding field.

 

On the company map of the fair, we will indicate the profiles you are looking for in order to channel the flow of students to your stand.

How works speed meetings?

We will ask you for vacancies to be posted in advance in the career center. Students will have a limited time to apply. You will receive their applications and will be able to schedule them for an online interview on November 28th or 29th. You will be able to add more people you meet during the fair for interviews. The following week, we will ask you to send us the list of students and alumni interviewed and feedback.

How to arrive to U-tad?
  • Own vehicle: Exit Las Matas, km 24 of the A6. We have free parking space inside and outside the Business Park.
  • Train: Las Matas commuter train station + 15 minutes walk.
  • Bus: Lines 622 and 625 from Moncloa.
