Carmen Lasa has a degree in Physical Sciences and is an Executive Coach and Systemic Team Coach from the Complutense University of Madrid.
Author of the books “Métodos Ágiles: Scrum, Kanban y Lean” and “Métodos Ágiles y Scrum”.
SAFe 4.6 certified (Scaled Agile Framework) by the Scaled Agile Academy, LeSS certified (Large Scale Scrum) as well as Product Owner and Scrum Master certified by the Scrum Alliance.
For years he has been part of the team responsible for the implementation and monitoring of agile methods in Telefónica, providing training and coaching in different companies of the group.
He participates in the definition and implementation of the lifecycle of services in the organization empowering collaborative teams that effectively create high quality products, always focusing on the end user.
Currently leader of the PMO&TRANSFORMATION team at Telefónica TECH.
