We are the industry

The approach of the University, the design of the syllabus, the university projects, the relations with companies and our philosophy are aimed at training capable professionals able to make a difference, that will contribute a great deal to the companies and to the teams they join. Ultimately, we train professionals able to contribute with their knowledge and add value to any company, whose career will be able to progress at the pace of the industry.

Practical learning METHODOLOGY

Our students learn in a practical format (learning by doing) through the development of projects  from year one, in a model that gradually increases the complexity of the project development. This model, besides achieving a way of learning and a practical application of the acquired knowledge, accelerates the processes of information retention, learning and understanding of the student, as well as their problem solving capabilities and the development of the abilities of each individual in particular and the team as a whole.

Small groups

Classes are taught in groups of students that allow a personalized monitoring of the progress of learning and live doubt resolution.

Teaching faculty of renowned professional experts

Our staff is made up of a 20% of doctors and professional teachers and 80% of digital industry professionals that teach exclusively those subjects in which they are experts and where they dedicate their day to day, and they share their experience of years of professional trajectory with our students as well as the latest trends. They work with the latest technology and they evolve at the pace the industry dictates, something they transmit to our students daily through their classes and projects which ensures that they graduate ready to fulfill the expectations of companies.

Development of multidisciplinary projects

From their first year they develop projects and from the second year onwards our students begin to work on multidisciplinary projects in teams made up of students of different degrees depending on the type of project and their choice of specialisation. These projects are developed with a professional methodology and technology and have controlled delivery dates and production times since they are part of their regulated training, something that ensures that the objectives are met and that prepares them for their incorporation into the companies upon completion of their studies. This ensures they will be able to show their knowledge and capacity for development and teamwork through projects, reels or top-level portfolios.

Events and Masterclasses

‘Company Day’, talksworkshopsetc … At U-tad the immersion in the industry is part of the student’s experience, providing value and knowledge. We organize events and master class cycles with national and international professionals who share their experience with our students and we also attend professional events in the field where students have the opportunity to meet top international professionals as well as build necessary networks of contacts for their professional future.

Professional Development Service

We have a Professional Development Service department with a wide range of internships and quality employment for our students. Every year we celebrate our Company Day, where we reunite in our Campus recruiters from the best companies in search of the talent of our students for internships and future employment.

We also organize TOP workshops (Professional Guidance Workshops) throughout the year with the help of sector professionals who give our students keys to guide their essays and their resumes as well as offer their knowledge of the sector in order to work in the best companies worldwide.

International Mobility

We have a wide range of international exchange agreements, both Erasmus and bilateral agreements, that offer our students the opportunity to carry out part of their studies at top-level Universities in any of the five continents.

Tutorial Action Plan

From the pedagogical principles that define U-tad, the tutorship is conceived as an academic activity that implies a systematic, planned individualized attention, to a student from a professor-tutor in order to achieve the student’s greater academic, personal and professional success.

From the first year, the student can request and select a tutor among the professors assigned to the degree.

The main role of the teacher-tutor will be to guide the student through their stay at the University, a mission that is specified in the following specific functions:

  1. To favor the student's optimal academic performance
  2. To contribute to the complete formation of the students
  3. To promote the complete adaptation of the student to the university life.
  4. Offer a realistic professional orientation based on the student knowledge.

The teacher-tutor of the first and second year will focus more on academic and personal aspects, the tutor of the third and fourth year will primarily deal with the professional orientation of the tutee. If the student wishes he/she may voluntarily choose to maintain his tutor for the following years.
