Having graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, he has 15 years of experience working as a character animator. He has participated in different projects ranging from TV series to short and feature films, five of which have won the Goya for best animated feature film (Tadeo Jones, Mortadelo y Filemon, Ratoncito perez, Planet 51 and Capture the flag). Many other projects have been supervised by directors who have worked in major studios such as Pixar, Dreamworks, Laika, etc.
He currently balances teaching with his work as a character animator for feature films at Skydance Animation Madrid. Among his projects are: Love, Death & Robots (The Dump). Wonder Park. Capture the flag. Mortadelo y Filemon . Tadeo Jones. Planet 51. The tale of Despereaux. He’s worked at companies such as Ilion Animation Studios, Framestore, The Frank Barton Company, Lightbox, Able & Baker, Able & Baker, etc
