She has a degree in psychology and 18 years of experience in the HR world, both in consultation and in the design, implementation and development of HR policies. She is a PhD student in Human Resources at the University of Valencia.
She currently balances teaching Training and Career Guidance, Business and Entrepreneurship and FCT (Workplace Training) in Training Cycles at U-tad with my work in HR consulting. I belong to ASEME (Association of Businesswomen in Madrid) and to the CEIM Training and Labor Affairs Commissions.
